Meet Great Harvest Bread Co. owned by Mike and Shawn Borden of Upper Arlington, Ohio. They handcraft bread daily using simple, natural ingredients, like fresh ground whole wheat.
"Our passion for great tasting, nutritious bread, and our desire to run a community-based business, led us to Great Harvest five years ago. We never use preservatives, additives, or any ingredients we can’t pronounce, and the result is bread and sweets that tastes simply amazing,” said Mike Borden.
The Borden’s two sons are their official taste testers at the bakery—Cinnamon Chip bread is their favorite! Other market favorites include fresh-baked pepperoni rolls and Dakota Five Seed, Honey Whole Wheat, and Ten Grain breads.
